From eligibility to issuance

Non-U.S. person status and offshore transaction criteria are reviewed first.
2. Complete documents
Subscription agreement, investor questionnaire, tax forms, and identification package.
3. AML/KYC review
Compliance review and clarifications, including beneficial ownership where relevant.
4. Acceptance and allocation
Accepted subscriptions receive confirmation, timeline, and secure settlement instructions.
5. Funding and issuance
Upon cleared funds, bonds are issued in registered form and confirmations are delivered.
